Terms of Service

Age verification for every recipient
Strathroy-Caradoc deliveries are limited to recipients aged 19 and older. Government photo ID must be shown at each handoff, whether the destination is an in-town home, a village address or a rural property.
Confirmation follows the delivery request
An order-form submission is a request, not a completed purchase. The request must first be reviewed and confirmed by text with available items, a final total and an estimated arrival window before a driver is dispatched.
Supplier-dependent listings and launch samples
Menu availability and prices depend on the supplier and can change before confirmation. Sample deals shown while the site launches are also subject to review, with applicable prices and offers confirmed by text.
Route estimates and order thresholds
About 45 minutes after confirmation is typical but never guaranteed, particularly when rural distance or road conditions affect a route. The minimum is $40, delivery is free over $80, any applicable lower-total fee is confirmed by text, and daily hours are 9am to 11pm.
COD and access at the destination
Pay the confirmed total COD when the driver reaches your property. The eligible recipient must be present with photo ID, and rural customers should supply accurate access details rather than asking for an unattended drop.
Responsible storage, use and contact
Use cannabis responsibly, secure it away from children and pets, follow applicable Ontario and municipal rules and never drive while impaired. For questions about these terms or how they apply to a delivery, email contact@strathroyweeddelivery.ca.
